'Authentic' Marketing
In the early days of Formawerx, we may have been trying too hard. Without a grasp on how social media really worked, we poured countless hours into sketching, drawing, and painting original artwork for each post—classic designer perfectionism striving for 'authentic' marketing. It wasn’t sustainable, leading to burnout and an ever-growing archive of unused art.
Over the years, we’ve shared this artwork with our inner circle as gifts or limited prints, but a recent look through the archives inspired us to repurpose it in a way that truly honors its origin. We began integrating the artwork into our packaging and print literature, yet it still didn’t feel like enough. The throw became our creative solution—a piece that serves a dual purpose, allowing the art to be both functional and appreciated daily.
